Self-care is a personal self-empowering practice that is important and maintains your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual vessel.  These practices are what keeps us grounded and centered in ourselves so that we can carry our full power into the world.  From brushing our teeths, bathing to meditation and praying, these practices keep us aware and in tune with our bodies needs.  We invite you to share your self-care practice that others may feel inspired and supported in their own lives as well.

*** The most important self-care ritual that has helped me feel centered and grounded in my body is my spiritual practice.  I wake up every morning and start my day with prayers and meditation and connect to The Creator, The Divine Mother, Mother Earth and my goals.  In choosing to make my spiritual foundation my primary focus, I feel safe, centered and complete.
